TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR E-COMMERCE SITE, CREATIVE WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTORS.
Terms of Sale:
We accept orders online via a Secure Server. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
All closeout merchandise is sold AS-IS. No refunds or exchanges allowed.
Requests for the return of merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Call our office at 1-800-347-0930 for a return authorization number. Shipments returned without a return authorization number will be refused. Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipment discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise must be in good condition when returned. No credit will be given for merchandise that is not in a condition to be resold.
How to Return Items:
To return merchandise, include a copy of your invoice with the merchandise, and indicate on the invoice the reason for return. Make sure that you include the return authorization number on both the invoice and on the outside of the box. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt by United Parcel Service, Monday – Friday. Orders received on weekends and Holidays are shipped the next business day. You can select Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Three Day Select at checkout. You may request that your order be shipped by Postal Service, if the shipment does not contain any items considered hazardous by the Postal System. You can add a remark during checkout to send your order by Postal. However, you must pay for your order by Credit Card so that we can make a correct charge to your account, and keep from making refunds. (Credit Cards are not processed until the order is ready for shipment.)
We do not offer free shipping, Shipping charges are computed based on the weight of your order to your zip code. Our site is connected directly to UPS, for Real Time Shipping Rates. To see your shipping charges, register, place your order and during checkout you can select your method of shipping and the shipping charges will appear during the checkout process. If you are not satisfied with the charges you do not have to proceed with the order. We are unable to give you shipping charges by telephone.
Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping addresses, including Suite numbers, room numbers and correct zip codes. Inaccurate shipping information will result in address correction fees by UPS. Address correction fees range from $6.00 to $20.00 per package. These fees will be automatically charged to the Customer's Credit Card.
International Shipments: Canada and Puerto Rico
The shipping charges shown on this site do not include brokers fees, taxes, duties or other charges added by United Parcel Service, Governments, brokers, or other entities involved with the import or export of merchandise. At this time this site can only accept international orders from Canada and Puerto Rico. This is because we have so many items that are considered hazardous for international shipping, and we cannot at this time ship hazardous materials internationally.
Shipping ORM-D Products:
All products that are labeled ORM-D, Consumer Commodity are shipped "Ground" with no additional cost. ORM-D Products shipped by AIR are considered Hazardous Materials. When shipped by AIR, in addition to the regular Air shipping charges applied by the website, an additional $42.50 HAZMAT Shipping fee is charged by United Parcel Service for each package. This additional fee will be added to your total online order, FOR AIR SHIPMENTS ONLY. ALL ORDERS to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, containing ORM-D Products will be charged the Hazardous Shipping Fee.
In the event you receive damaged or broken merchandise, please call 1-800-347-0930, or email us at email@example.com. Keep all boxes and packing materials for inspection by United Parcel Service. Damaged merchandise must be reported by the end of the next business day upon receipt of your package. You may be required to take photographs of any damaged merchandise. Failure to follow these procedures may result in denial of claim. Claims will be refused if all or a portion of the damaged merchandise is used.
Shortages in Shipment:
Your are required to notify Creative Wholesale within 10 days of receipt of your order if you shipment is missing any items. If you find that your shipment does not contain all the products ordered, check the invoice in your package to make sure that we were not out of stock for the missing items. We automatically reinvoice you if we are out of stock, and you are not charged for those items. If payed by PayPal, we automatically refund you for any not in stock items.
